Provided mentorship and crisis support for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth while managing a team of 30+ volunteers. Launched a tutoring program that improved academic outcomes and implemented operational frameworks to enhance safety and care standards. Gained expertise in de-escalation, problem-solving, and fostering a safe, inclusive environment for marginalized communities.

Collaborated with a team of students through an on-campus internship program to assess the feasibility of Microsoft entering the corporate giving solutions market. When I discovered sociology in college, it validated not only that my questions about the world were relevant, but it offered a framework to answering those questions. I have since learned that quality research can offer critical context to understand the world around me and how it’s changing.​ My minor in Information Systems has given me the technical skills necessary to communicate with engineers, manage databases, and analyze data.

Sandbox Startup Incubator

Product Manager

Sandbox is a competitive year-long tech startup incubator. I earned admission as a Product Manager by leading a team of engineers and designers in a 24-hour hackathon to build a platform for hiring managers to screen applicants. During the program, I collaborated with engineers & designers to validate ideas, test prototypes, and discover product-market fit. I also completed courses in product management and entrepreneurship while receiving mentorship from industry experts.
